This class is designed for Cowboy Action shooters who would like to enhance their skills. Guest instructor “Long Hunter”(Jim Finch), will be teaching gun handling techniques used by top shooters, with emphasis on efficient transitions. Gunsite instructors will teach tested techniques for improving marksmanship with all CAS firearms. There is no prerequisite for this class. Shooters will need to bring 4 SASS authorized firearms, one shotgun, one rifle and two revolvers. SASS authorized holsters belts and ammunition carriers will also be required. For this 5 day class shooters will need approximately 200 rounds of shotgun, 400 rounds of handgun and 400 rounds of rifle ammunition, all conforming to SASS rules. As Gunsite does not carry this ammunition, shooters may wish to arrange to ship it to the school.
