Charlie McNeese retired from the AZ. Department of Public Safety after serving 33 years. He was the Department’s Master Firearms Instructor and Senior Armorer. He received a Master Firearms Instructor certification from the University of Illinois. He was in the Marine Corps for four years prior to his law enforcement career. Charlie is a Gunsite Rangemaster in Pistol, Carbine and Shotgun.
