Field problems will be more complex and require shooting from a variety of positions on multiple targets under time pressure. Youth 270 Rifle Class
As Jeff Cooper has opined in his writings, the 270 rifle class should be mandatory for all young boys and girls prior to achieving adulthood. Youth ages 12-16 can attend this course (no exceptions to the age range). They must be able to hold a rifle up for extended periods of time and be capable of getting into the various shooting positions numerous times throughout the day.
