Youth – 250 Defensive Pistol

Youth’s ages 12-16 can attend this course (no exceptions to the age range).
This class will emphasize safe and responsible gun handling on the range and off. Students will learn the Modern Technique of the pistol in a safe, controlled and supportive environment. Our highly experienced instructors will provide a patient but firm learning experience on the square ranges and in the simulators.

Calibers .22 thru .45 are acceptable for this course. Ammo packages are only available in 9mm, .40 and .45 only through our pro shop. Handguns need to function reliably and the youth must have the physical ability to perform all manipulations.

This is an amazing opportunity that your children will remember for the rest of their lives!

Parents or guardians can take our standard 250 course running concurrently while their youth’s take this special course! Parents or guardians not taking a class must provide a cell phone number and be within an hour drive time from Gunsite while the youth is in this course. There are numerous lodging locations well within this distance.

A deposit of 1/3 (tuition only) is due within 10 days of applying. All remaining balances are due on or before 14 days prior to the first day of class.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a reservation more than 14 days prior to start of class, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to another class of your choice. If you cancel less than 14 days before your class, One-third (1/3) of your class tuition is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any amount over this 1/3 is fully transferable or refundable (with the exception of GAS) if you cancel prior to class. "No contact, No show" - if a cancellation is not received by email prior to class, 100% of the tuition is forfeit. All GAS reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior are non-transferable and non-refundable.
