A deposit of 50% is due within 10 days of applying. All remaining balances are due on or before 7 days prior to the first day of class. For additional payment options contact the Training Coordinator at 928-636-4565 .
Applications that do not have a 50% deposit will be cancelled after 10 days unless other arrangements have been made.
If you cancel a reservation more than 14 days prior to start of class, your deposit is fully refundable or transferable to another class of your choice. If you cancel less than 14 days before your class, One-third (1/3) of your class tuition is non-transferable and non-refundable. Any amount over this 1/3 is fully transferable or refundable (with the exception of GAS) if you cannot make the class for any reason. All GAS reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Unfortunately, last minute student cancellations have become an issue at Gunsite. As a result, we are now enforcing the cancellation policy (above) that we have been very generous about the last several years.
When we contract with instructors to teach, it is based upon student numbers. When the student cancels at the last minute, we cannot cancel the instructor. This creates a business issue that could force cost increases in future classes. We do all we can to keep our costs down.
