Night Vision Pistol/Carbine Level II
NEW FOR 2024!
NV Level II builds on the skills introduced in NV-PC. This class will run from approximately 1830 – 2200. 50% shooting exercises and 50% field/observation exercises. CQB, close, medium and long range targets engagements, positional shooting, area observation/navigation, overcoming various photonic barriers, teamwork and force-on-force exercises are included in this class. This is a four-night class and will require approximately 300 rounds of carbine ball, 100 rounds carbine frangible, 50 rounds pistol ball and 50 rounds pistol frangible.
Students will need a carbine equipped with an IR laser and illuminator, a pistol equipped with an IR laser or NV compatible red dot sight, head mounted night vision system, handheld IR illuminator and the normal support gear for a 223/556 class. Rental PVS-14 systems are available for this class in limited quantities.
