I just finished your 260 course this week. I completed the feedback and evaluation form at the end of the course but I want to add a few additional comments in an email to you. This course was my first experience at Gunsite, and it exceeded all expectations. I am impressed with the entire organization and the consistency of everyone’s focus on customer satisfaction. It is evident that safety and customer sat are priorities. Your operation is very well organized and the facilities are well designed and maintained. Very professional. Everyone there is a professional and represents Gunsite with pride. That was evident during my three days at the course. I can’t say enough good things about your staffing. Everyone I came in contact with was top-notch. I want to recognize Mario and Jeff, our instructors. Excellent individuals and they did a great job in transferring knowledge and skills to the class. I especially want to call out Eric. He is a strong asset to your organization. Well organized, completed the mission (regardless of unexpected weapon problems and personal issues with his transportation – we never skipped a beat. It was a smooth move to plan B and C). Eric is an obvious leader and took us through the content with a priority on safety and skill development, while making sure we enjoyed ourselves. He has very good interpersonal skills and “grace under pressure”. I see why everyone else in the class recidivate on their annual vacation! I found the course to have the right mix in terms of content and want to call out the competitions, night work, and simulations. Excellent mix. All in all it was a great learning experience and I am a fan and will be coming back a couple of times a year going forward. Finally, and most important, my compliments to you on your corporate culture. One of the hardest jobs. Other corporations should use Gunsite as a benchmark when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction. Thank you,
