April 2012 was a month to be remembered here at Gunsite with a record breaking number of students attending a wide offering of courses. The month of May is looking to keep pace as both 250 classes and the Gunsite Scout Rifle are currently full. We do keep waiting lists for these classes so if you are interested don’t hesitate to call and have your name added. It seems many Americans are preparing themselves to defend their homes and their livelihood.
The monthly 250 Pistol class offered May 14-18 filled up so quickly we opened the 250 Glock class scheduled for May 7-11 to all makes, models and calibers. Our 499 Advanced Pistol class that week also has a few slots open. If you are able to arrive by Monday morning give us a call and sign up today. The next 250 classes scheduled for June 11-15 only have a few openings left. It’s not too late to join Rangemasters Charlie McNeese or Mike Moore for a week of great training.
June is just around the corner and the perfect time for rifle training. 170 and Hunters Prep courses are offered back to back running June 4-6 and 7-9. If you are planning an important hunt, these courses will greatly improve your ability to make it successful! June 18-22 offers the opportunity to attend the best General Rifle class available. The Gunsite 270 course was a favorite of Colonel Cooper. Whether a beginner or an experienced shooter, this course will greatly improve your skill with a rifle.
This newsletter is late by a few days because we are busy this first week hosting the Outdoor Channel’s ‘Gun Stories’ with Joe Mantegna and Michael Bane. It will be an exciting series, check out our Facebook page for details on this week.
